How often does your company come
out? |
Our most frequently used service is once a week; however, we
do have options to come out more or less times a month depending
on the needs of each customer.

Do you work through the winter? |
Yes,
we work all year round. We want to provide continuous service
so our customers can enjoy every season without having to worry
about their pets waste in the yard. Some customers prefer to
put a hold on their services at the beginning of winter and wait
until spring to resume. There is no fee to do this; however,
there is a service charge in the spring for first cleanup.

What happens when it snows or rains? |
For the most part weather does not stop us, but
there are certain weather conditions that make outdoor cleaning
impossible. Weather conditions that prevent our services to continue
that day are:

More than
half an inch of snow. This will delay service for a day or two.
If there is so much snow that we are unable to clean, then there
will be no service charge for that week. When there is snow
on the ground but no resent snow fall we will continue our services
to keep the accumulation at a minimum.
Rain does not usually affect
our service unless it is a pouring rain-fall for which we will
make up any missed service.

What
about holidays? |
When
there is a holiday that falls on your service date we will include
the schedule change with your invoice. If you would like us to
come out before or after the holiday we will make arrangements
upon your request; otherwise, there will be no service charge
for that week and we will return the following week.

Should I unlock my gate? |
Yes, your
gate should be left unlock. If you have a hidden key that we
may use that can also be arranged. We hope in the near future
to be able to provide our customers with our own lock that may
be used at no charge, just a security deposit.

Can you work while your dog is in the yard? |
Yes, we can work while your dog/s is in the yard.
Yard rangers are dog lovers who own dogs and are experienced
with working with dogs. After a few visits, the Yard Ranger is
no longer a stranger and will make fast friends with your pet.
However, there are some cases were dogs do not permit us to
work. If you are aware that your dog does not respond well to
strangers or it becomes apparent that your dog is not adjusting
well to regular visitors we will ask that you restrain your dog
while we are at your home.
Yard Rangers want to minimize any risks involved to you, your
dogs and our employees. Any difficulties will be communicated
immediately and resolved for future visits.

What if I want to skip a service day? |
It is ok to skip a service day. If you need to
put our service on hold for any reason let us know and we are
happy to comply. We only ask that you provide us with a 24 hour
notice to skip a service day to allow us to plan accordingly.

Lock out/Dog out |
If we arrange a cleaning session and are unable
to enter your yard due to a malfunctioning key, lock, or unsafe
dog demeanor, the session can be rescheduled and fee will be
pardoned.
If this happens more than twice a fee of $5 will be charged.
If this becomes a continuous and recurring problem, the regular
session fee will be charged to your account for every unsuccessful
visit and entry procedures will need to be rearranged.

How do I pay and when? |
We will send the invoice out at the beginning
of the month and payments will be due on the 15th of every month.
Currently we only accept cash, personal checks, certified checks
or money orders.
There is a $5.00 late fee for accounts not paid by the 15th of
the month following the service.

Are there any contracts I have to sign? |
No. Your service
can start and stop when you like.

Is there an extra charge for the first time? |
There may be an extra charge for the first service
if there has been a lot of accumulation of waste over the untreated
time span.

Is it possible to get a one-time-only service? |
YES, you may call and have this arranged any time
of the year.

What does your company mean by "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED?" |
Our promise to all of our customers is to clean, remove and disinfect
your property from dog waste. If you are not happy with the service
there will be no charge. If you are not satisfied with the work
that has been done please notify us at your earliest convenience.
By doing this we will come back and re-clean your yard the same
day or the next day. We can also credit your account so you will
not be charged. We want to work with you to make your pet-owning
experience easier and more pleasant!
